25 January 2026 : ATSA Exam Session I - B
All belt examinations are conducted once a year during the first quarter (January–March). This schedule allows students ample time to refine their techniques and build a strong foundation for the year ahead.
Only students who have mastered the required techniques and maintained sufficient attendance (colour belt student) will receive an invitation to participate in the exam.
We encourage all students to prepare early and avoid skipping training sessions to ensure full readiness and success.
To get your permission sit for upgrading exam in ATSA you should pass requirement attendance and syllabus criteria. After the criterial fulfill, system will auto generate the student performance card and teacher will pass all the details to the student.

March 2026 : Local Onground Competition - Selection and Registration
We are thrilled to announce that the ATSA competition team selection trials for the upcoming outsided On-Ground Taekwondo Competition.
Eligibility Criteria for Selection:
✅ 🥇 Gold Medalists from the 2025 In-House Championship
✅ 💥 Students currently enrolled in the 2025 Advanced Class / Elite Class
If you meet the above criteria and are ready to demonstrate your skills, we encourage you to participate in the selection process and seize this opportunity to shine!

May 2026 : Online Taekwondo Poomsae Competition
State Level
ATSA Online Poomsae Competition — an exciting opportunity for students to gain exposure, build confidence, and experience the thrill of competition in a supportive environment.
This program guides participants through a smooth journey from training to performance, helping them understand the competition process step-by-step while improving their skills and discipline. It’s also a great way for students to earn PAJSK points, with full support for school recognition.
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ All ATSA student
✅ All belt level
05 April 2026 : International Taekwondo Competition (Registration Closure)
West Malaysia
Participation in upcoming International Taekwondo Competiiton, usually held in West Malaysia.
Selections are open to all ATSA students (All belt Level). Those who are interested must attend the selection, pass the evaluation, and complete registration for the competition.
Selection Date : 29.3.2026 (sunday) & 05.4.2026 (sunday)
ATSA Alamesra : 11.00am
ATSA Penampang : 2.45pm
Please note that this event may involve travel by air and accommodation arrangements, as it requires participants to travel. All expenses, including flight tickets, accommodation, and related costs, will be self-funded.
This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience, challenge yourself, and represent ATSA on a larger stage!

July 2026 : Asia Taekwondo Competition
Oversea : Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, China
This event is open to all ATSA black belt students who wish to challenge their limits and gain experience on an international platform.
Registration can be made at the counter once it opens. Please note that this event involves air travel and accommodation arrangements, as participants will need to travel.
All expenses, including flight tickets, accommodation, and related costs, will be self-funded.
Take this chance to represent ATSA with pride and experience competition at the next level!

✅ Black Belt student
July 2026 : ATSA Exam Session II
Double class students
As we have shared earlier, this special mid-year exam is exclusively offered to students who are enrolled in more than two classes per week. The reason behind this policy is to ensure that participating students receive sufficient training time and meet the readiness level required for this assessment.
This additional exam session is designed to provide a platform for students who are demonstrating exceptional growth and commitment, and who have been undergoing intensive training through advanced class/ online class/ elite class / extra class schedules.

September 2026 : Local Taekwondo Competition
Kota Kinabalu Area
ATSA will be participating in an upcoming Local Taekwondo Competition, held within the Kota Kinabalu area.
This event is open only to Advanced Class students. All selection and preparation training will take place during the Advanced Class sessions.
Instructors will inform selected students at least two months in advance to allow ample time for preparation.
🏆 Winners from this competition will have the opportunity to advance to the National Level, representing ATSA with pride and excellence.

In celebration of the festive season, we would like to inform you that ATSA Taekwondo will be closed on the 17th of Febuary 2026 (Tue) for Chinese New Year.
However, to ensure that you have ample opportunities for training, we have scheduled a replacement class for the 17th of Febuary 2026 (Tue) due to the month having less than four classes on tuesday. We wish you a joyful and peaceful holiday season.
